Aura and Ashleigh

Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga philosophy begins with the Yamas and Niyamas. These are guidelines that offer insight into how to live in a world with others and in relationship to self with integrity and clarity.

The Yamas (restraints) and Niyamas (observances) are considered the entry point into the study of yoga and inform a deeper understanding of physical yoga practice (asana) on the mat.

Join Ashleigh Beyer and Aura Garver for this weekend workshop. It will be a combination of all levels asana practice and discussion. Together we’ll dive into these precepts for living soulfully and practicing consciously.

Saturday and Sunday, January 12th and 13th from 8am until 12:30pm

$108 for the weekend

**Early Bird Rate is $90 with paid registration before January 11th
