Please join Dr. Maria Mae McNash on a dynamic tour of the pelvis! This Workshop offers a fun exploration of the functionality of the pelvic floor and increased awareness of this vital center of the body. The workshop will include anatomy, exercises, breathing, meditation and tips for connecting with the bottom part of your core- the pelvic diaphragm. You will learn about common muscular imbalances and ways to support and activate your pelvic musculature.
